Fenix OnDemand is our service for on-going, business as usual application packaging.

Many organisations simply do not have enough applications to justify employing full time packaging specialists. Or you may have a packaging team, but scale it to cope with peak demand and much of the time they would be under utilised.

Whatever the reason, the Fenix OnDemand Packaging Service is the easiest, smartest and most cost-effective way for your business to prepare its applications for deployment. No matter what your deployment methods Fenix has you covered, from Microsoft standard MSIs to streaming virtualised App-Vs, we can tailor packages to your requirements.

How It Works

Each request to the service is quoted for on being submitted for evaluation. The quote provides our estimate of how many hours the work will take and a price, generally at fixed cost. No billable work is ever undertaken unless you have accepted the quote.

The Fenix website allows you to upload your applications to our servers using secure file transfer, utilising SSAE 16 audited datacentres and AES 256-bit encryption.

All work is carried out off-site on Fenix's purpose built packaging infrastructure. This increases our efficiency and saves you the indirect costs of on-site employees such as a desk. Once your request has been fulfilled simply log on to the website and download your completed package. It's that easy!

We are so confident in the quality of our work that we provide a 60 day warranty on all OnDemand packaging. If your testing shows any faults in the packaging of the application we will fix it immediately.

Fenix can provide weekly reporting so you can track how the service is performing, how much use you are making of it and exactly how much it costs you.
